There is no typical day. Planning, preparations and execution of sales and marketing presentations are vital to our relationship with our clients.

Our management team has an open door policy and is hands on with the growth and development of all our employees. Employee evaluations are performed on a weekly basis rather than quarterly or yearly. As we expand and take on more clients we will fill management positions internally.

We only promote from within our company. All employees begin their career at the entry level. There is no seniority. All employees will have the opportunity to advance into a management role, should they choose to do so.
