This week, some of our top Account Executives at Arizona Team are
headed to Las Vegas, NV. Given that our clients specialize in the
southwest market, we are able to provide training in one of their newer
markets–Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about
the client, their expectations, and overall increase their market share.
Arizona Team was awarded this business venture simply because of
their track record. Our company has a constant endeavor to drive results
for our clients. Due to our system of customer target goals, proper
action plans and measurable results we are able to bring our clients the
results they need. In addition, this system allows us to focus in on
our employees and provide a positive, fun and results-driven work
environment. This includes daily encouragement, coaching, development,
training programs, and added incentives.
We are excited to provide the same results in their newest market and
help them expand. A select few employees from our marketing team were
chosen to travel based on merit. Although it was a tough decision, we
feel it was a fair decision to send top performers. Arizona Team has a
culture built around merit with a philosophy of “work hard, play hard”.
This is exactly what this business venture will bring and we are excited
