Az would like to take the opportunity to support our teammate and friend, Jamie as she trains to run the Nike Women’s Marathon. Jamie has joined Team in Training in order to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) as she prepares for this event.
Team in Training is dedicated to organizing the training and fund-raising of its athletes in order to support the mission of finding a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma. These devastating diseases typically affect children, and due to the work of LLS, the survival rate has nearly quadrupled in the past 48 years for patients with leukemia.
Jamie will be running in honor of her family friend, Ali, who at the age of 5 has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia. We encourage everyone to visit her fund-raising page and read more about her story and to make a contribution.
